Healing Power of Sound
When we experience stress, tension, or difficult experiences, our inner rhythm changes.
Therapeutic sounds of bowls and gongs gently tune the organism towards a more harmonious state, and the mind, entering deep calm, gives the body space for natural regeneration processes.
Working with sound and vibration supports on many levels – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Research on resonance and vibration in biology and laboratory observations show that tissues, body fluids, and cells can respond to vibrational stimuli, changing their behaviour under the influence of sound.
Under the microscope, scientists have observed that some cells respond to vibration by changing their shape – much like sand forming patterns under the influence of vibration.
This illustrative example shows that sound affects not only what we hear but also what happens on a very subtle, cellular scale, supporting nervous system regulation, regenerative processes, and a sense of natural balance and homeostasis.

Your body literally “hums” its own very quiet frequency song.
Sound healing doesn’t try to change your melody but rather offers a new tone for the body to respond to, inviting it back into a more natural, balanced rhythm.

The Benefits of Sound Therapy
Calm Your Body
The human body is made up of about 75% water. Sound travels more than four times faster in water than in air. When sound waves reach the body, they don’t stop at the ears — they also travel through skin, muscles, bones, and fluids, creating subtle internal vibrations.
Reset Your Mind
Sound healing influences brainwaves by guiding them from the active beta state (associated with stress and mental activity) into slower alpha and theta states. These are states of deep relaxation, meditation and regeneration, where the nervous system calms down and the body can naturally restore balance.
Improve Your Wellbeing
Sound healing gently supports your overall health by bringing the body and mind back into balance.
Group Sessions
A group session is a shared experience of immersion in sound, where the energy of the group creates a unique, supportive atmosphere.
The meeting begins with a short introduction and invitation to conscious presence – you may come with your own intention or simply allow yourself to be in the sound.
Participants usually lie comfortably on mats, wrapped in blankets, while the sounds of gongs, bowls, and instruments fill the space. Sound guides the group through different stages – from gentle calming, through deeper immersion, to a soft awakening.
At the end there is time for a peaceful return, breath, and if you wish, a short sharing of impressions. Many people describe the group session as an experience of connection, lightness, and community that stays with them long after leaving.

Individual Sessions
Tailored to your unique energy, private sessions allow for deeper personal release and balance.
An individual session is a safe, intimate space where all attention is focused on you and your intention. The meeting begins with a short conversation to determine what you are bringing.
This may be a need for calm, emotional regulation, deeper connection with yourself, or work with a specific topic.
Then you enter a state of relaxation, usually lying or sitting. In this form of work, sound bowls (Tibetan) are gently placed directly on the body, so the vibrations are felt more deeply and physically.
This direct work with the body constitutes the essential difference compared to a group session.
Of course, there is also the possibility of including other instruments — such as gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes, which complement the experience and are chosen intuitively according to your needs and intentions.
The session ends with a moment of integration followed by a short conversation — so that you can gently return to daily life, taking with you a sense of lightness, clarity, and inner balance.
