Transformative Connections
Welcome to Systemic Constellations
Constellations help reconnect us with our roots, accept life with love, gratitude, and humility, bringing a sense of freedom and deep belonging.

Bert Hellinger and
'Orders Of Love'
The creator of the method was Bert Hellinger (1925–2019) – a German therapist who for many years worked as a missionary in South Africa.
There he encountered the deep significance of family bonds and belonging, which had a strong influence on his later work. Combining experiences from systemic therapy, Gestalt approaches, and psychoanalysis, he created a method now known worldwide.
At the centre of his approach are the so-called ‘Orders of Love’ – three basic principles describing the functioning of healthy family systems:
-
belonging - everyone has their place in the system.
-
order - those who came
earlier have priority over those who came later. -
balance of giving and
receiving - particularly important in partnerships.

"Love fills what order contains. Love is the water and order the vessel."
Bert Hellinger

Benefits of Constellations
Revealing Hidden Dynamics
Gain a deeper understanding of recurring patterns, unconscious loyalties, systemic blockages, and invisible tensions within families, teams, or organizations.
Stronger Relationships
Build better connections with others through clearer communication and a deeper understanding of different perspectives.
Personal Growth
Begin a journey of self-discovery that nurtures your growth and helps you live more fully. Let go of inherited emotional burdens and create more space for inner peace.
Intergenerational Patterns And The Scientific Perspective
Scientific research indicates that fear responses may be transmitted intergenerationally. In 2014, the journal Nature Neuroscience published results of an epigenetics experiment by a team from Emory University School of Medicine.
During the study, male mice were exposed to the smell of cherries paired with a fear-inducing stimulus. Their genetic material was then used to fertilise females that had not taken part in the experiment.
It turned out that the offspring of these mice, despite having no contact with their fathers, showed a fear response to the smell of cherries. Similar reactions were also observed in the next generation.
These studies show that a family system can generate a set of consolidated behavioural patterns, roles, and reactions.
In systemic constellation practice it is often observed that emotions, attitudes, and inner tensions may have their source in experiences of previous generations — parents, grandparents, and sometimes even further back in family history.
The inheritance of intergenerational trauma is today largely explained scientifically by epigenetics.

Morphic Field And
Systemic Constellations
Rupert Sheldrake, in the book A New Biology, proposed the concept of the morphic field as a model describing that in nature and living systems there are established patterns of information influencing the form and behaviour of organisms.
According to this idea, systems “remember” their previous states, and new elements more easily enter already existing patterns.
In the context of systemic constellations, this can be treated as a metaphor for what Bert Hellinger called the “knowing field” – an invisible context of relationships, history, loyalties, and experiences that influence how family or group members feel, think, and act today.

What Does This Look Like In Practice?
During constellations, participants “enter roles” representing members of the system. From the perspective of the morphic field, one could say that the person representing has access to patterns and information present in the system, which reveal themselves through emotions, impulses of movement, and relationships in space.
Representatives may feel the need to move closer to or away from particular people, the desire or reluctance to look in a specific direction, as well as moments of movement or stillness. Sometimes words appear, at other times emotions or bodily sensations.
All these signals are an important element of the constellation and help uncover hidden dynamics and the source of the difficulties the client brings. The very process of receiving these signals is often a deep and moving experience for participants.

Group Sessions
A group session is a space for shared work in a safe and mindful circle. Participants meet to accompany one another in the process of discovering hidden dynamics in family, relational, or life systems.
In this form of work, representatives are used — people from the group who “enter roles” of system members such as parents, partners, or significant elements of a given situation. Through placement in space, movement, emotions, and sensations, relationships and patterns emerge that often remain invisible on the level of everyday perception.
A group session offers value both to those working directly with their topic and to those participating as representatives or observers, because the processes of others often touch one’s own stories and bring new insights.
Individual Sessions
An individual session is a more intimate and focused form of work, fully tailored to the needs of one person. It takes place in a safe, calm space where all attention is directed to the client’s personal topic.
In individual work, figurines, symbols, or elements of the environment are used to represent particular roles in the system. With the facilitator’s support, the client themselves “steps into” these roles, experiencing their perspective and relationships in space.
This form of work supports deep mindfulness, a sense of safety, and conscious discovery of patterns and sources of difficulties in one’s life.

Meeting Format
Sessions take place both in person and online, allowing the form of work to be adapted to the individual needs and possibilities of participants.
Systemic Constellations help you to see how much goodness, love, talent, knowledge, and experience flows from previous generations
allowing you to almost physically “touch” the history of your ancestors, release what no longer serves you step into life with more freedom and belonging.
